Die SHM-SACD Zenyattà Mondatta ist sehr empfehlenswert. Schlägt die A&M SACD um Längen. Wer The Police mag.... klanglich die beste Pressung!

Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Allman Bros. Compilation "Beginnings". Tape Research by Bill Levenson (Useful Citizen).... Flat Transfer by Seth Foster at Sterling Sound. Klanglich sehr gut. Die jeweiligen Tracks besser als auf den MFSL SACDs und im Originalmix. Für Allman Fans ein Muss!

Regarding the Dire Straits album S/T for you the Platinum SHM-CD from 2013 is better than the SHM-SACD from 2010?

And for Love Over Gold both the Platinum SHM-CD from 2013 is equal to the SHM-SACD from 2011?

ach neee - The Band gibts in sehr guter Klangqualität bereits (z.B. von MFSL), und von John lennon klingen die die 2010er remasters auch sehr gut - immer unter Berücksichtung der tatsache, dass man bei Lennons Solowerk immer den verdacht hat, der gute John hätte aus irgendeinem Grund seine Musik absichtlich mies produzieren lassen (vielleicht für den Weltfrieden)...

die Imagine klingt als 2010er remaster absolut ok - Nicht so offen und gute Separatierung wie der Remix, aber viel natürlicherer Klang...Schlagzeug vor allem

also in Summe wieder mal eine Neuauflage, die man eigentlich nicht braucht...

Na klar ist die zu toppen... das 2014er CD Remaster klingt verdammt gut. Die SHM-SACD sollte normalerweise noch einen Tick besser klingen. Ich werde sehen.

Es sind die besten digitalen Versionen .... das gilt jedenfalls für Avalon, For Your Pleasure und Siren. Bei Country Life ist der Unterschied marginal gegenüber der CD aus der Complete Box.
