Samsung Fernseher spielt Filme nicht ab

Hallo,
ich habe jetzt mehrmals versucht auf meinen Fernseher ( http://www.samsung.c...ed-tv/UE37ES6710SXZG ) filme von meiner Externen Festplatte abzuspielen. Ich habe mehrere Ergebnisse erhalten.
Das beste: Der Film wurde ohne Probleme abgespielt z.B.

Ich habe schon in der Bedienungsanleitung nachgeguckt aber dort kann ich nichts finden was gegen eine Wiedergabe sprechen würde. (http://www.pic-upload.de/view-17963795/23456789dfghb.jpg.html)

Also ich suche nach einer Möglichkeit alle Filme abzuspielen.
Wer kann mir bei meinen Problem helfen?
