Selling my xtreamer with the USB WIFI dongle + 370 GB HDD (Seagate, 5400 RPM) built inside. Comes along with HDMI cable as well. The player is as good as new..

(Xtreamer + WIFI Dongle/Antenna + 370GB HDD)

Total cost when purchased : Rs.13k

Expected price : Rs.8k

Got myself a OPPO BDP-83, which can play from USB HDD. So do not need the Xtreamer now.

Nope. Got it online...shipped from US. Costed quite a lot..paid 7.5k in import duty

But the picture quality is very good...especially when playing standard DVDs (compared to my earlier pioneer).

I should think so....actuaally I did notice the same on a standard sony bd player and a sony dvd player too at the local mall.

The diff wasn't exactly night and day but enough to get noticed.

How is the auido output via analogue ? I am counting on blue ray to change the audio landscape for us too :-)

This is in my HT setup...so did not even bother to check the analogue out ... sorry. Will try sometime.

Dear Siva, a new xtreamer costs 7990 (minus the dongle and HDD) of course. You may want to consider this while pricing your package...

PS: I wish you had put up your offer a month ago. pre-ordered x-pro...
