Hi All, I have a 2 year old NAD c320bee amp, from last week the remote control (SR 5) stopped working. I bought this amp from US. How/Where do I get a replacement? Or is it possible to get it repaired? I'm located in Bangalore. Or should I go for a universal remote. Guys, please give me some ideas. Thanks and Regards, Hemanth. |

Try to get it repaired. Its usually a dry solder or corroded contacts. Sorry, dont know where in Blore... Im in Mumbai. If desperate, you should get a repairer at S. P. Road, Bangalore |

Why don't you ask NAD dealers in Bangalore? Music Ranch in Jayanagar deals with NAD, IIRC. |

ARN systems in Blr also deal with NAD, I picked up my 320 from them. You could try them. There is a service center by the name of 'Hi Tech service center' or something in Koramangala right behind Bethany School. They repair/service all these hi fi products. I once got my Technics tape deck serviced from them. They did a good job... |
