Hi Guys,

I was thinking of getting RM6750 for @24,000Rs but then read not so very good reviews abt it.

Then recently I looked up the forum & found that Polks are available at close to the US dollar price with a 3 year warranty. On top of this I read on Economic Times (18Dec05 Sunday Edition) that the RM6800 is priced around 25K.

But I dont know from where to get this price & warranty since the guy selling me the RM6750 is a 1 year warranty. I dont want to mention the store but its in Hyderabad. Plus they dont sell the RM6800.

Can anyone tell me places I can look to get the RM6800?

hey deepak....

for the polks u can get in touch with PRO FX.....they are the official distributors for the polks for the whole of india......i am sure they will be having what u r asking for.....they heve their showrooms in bangalore,mumbai and chennai....i donot know whether thay have a showroom in hyderabad.......

I called ProFX but they too stock only the RM6750 for 25K.

hey.....

give them advance and tell them to get it for u......but please take a written commitment from them as they are really really bad in their services.......they can get u any series of the polks as the sole distributors in india provide u pay them in advance and request them to do so....which profx did u call up?
who else is providing u polks other than profx?

I called the Banglore PROFX but the line would just drop after a ring so then I spoke to the Chennai one & they gave me this price & info.

The other guy giving the same model & price from Polk is USK Electronics (www.uskgroup.com)

try someother day and ask for one Francis or Alex......mention my name (kalpesh)......i am sure theu wud help u out......they are quite close to me as i have purchased speakers from them.....
