I had a sneak peek on Sunday.

It's perhaps the largest store of it's kind in Mumbai,spread across 24,000 sq ft.

The book section alone occupies 12,000 sq feet, that's as big as Crossword in Kemps Corner.

Man, am I so happy.

It opens today I think.I thought that I'd spread the good word.

Krish,
for those of us who do not know - what is this shop/store Landmark all about? Thanks.
Palladium would be the shopping center in Lower Parel near The Blue Frog??

Blue Frog is in Todi Mill Compond;
Landmark is in Palladium.
Palladium is in Shangrilla Hotel - Parel.
It is right next to High Street Phoenix. When you visit next from Bangalore - I will take you there...
Nice place. JBL too has a store there....
They have a nice Indian Restaurant - Jiggs Kalra - there.
Worth a visit.

before we went to The Blue Frog, Krish gave me a quick tour of the High St. Phoenix mall. we walked outside & also went inside. I did see that tall chimney stack in the quadrangle with Phoenix written on it.
I did not notice the Shangrilla Hotel but I didn't know to even look for it!

Cool, would love to visit the next time I'm in BOM - thanx for the offer.

Landmark is the Indian equivalent of let's say a Barnes & Nobles or Borders.

The Shangri-La is yet to open it's doors (I think).

The irony is inescapable though -

The Shangri-La rising Phoenix like from the now forgotten, hollow skeletons of a once thriving mill
