reso for a polo 6n

Hi does any body know about where the reso for my polo is? i have heard it is prettey high.

I normally use 54 Hz, but it can be higher or lower, according to your installation.

HI,
a 6N is for Street Classes not nice.
I know some People which have real Problems to get a 6N Loud.
Keep your eyes on the mirror which is on the Windsheeld.
The Windshield can broke where the mirror is fixed.

thats correct, Polo ain't that easy to get loud. I tpeaks between 50 and 55 Hz and holds very stron to the peak, so don't try to setup your system to any other peak frequency, that won't work.

geez thanks for the great news.

oh well i will see what i can do with my AS. AS says 61L but me and a freind used a monocor program and the best resaults were around 45-50L, any thoughts on that

3 CX-12 DVC and 3 F2-500

If i could figure out how to get a picture in here i would show you how i want to build my box. i plan on using 2 diffrent ports. 1 port for when i listen to music and 1 port for db drag. the db box will peak at around 56hz and the music box starts at around 45hz.

I would try to put the Woofers into separated enclosures, but i know, that there is not much space

The biggest enclosure i can take has around 140 Liters. I think you should try 55 to 70 Liters for every sub, according to the space you want to use.

A changeable port System has a lot of advantages, you can try different port lengthes and ports with different areas. But ,the proof of the pudding is in the eating. You will have to sample a few ports, until you find the loudest one.

HI Brian,

du sagtest ja man kann dir auch in deutsch schrieben weil du es gut verstehen kannst: Also den Spiegel an der Winschutzscheibe kann man abmachen! Das habe ich neulich herausgefunden als es mir ein glaser gesagt hat. Man muss den Sockel des Spiegels Fest anfassen und eine viertel Umdrehung nach rechts drehen, dann geht er ab, genauso geht er auch wieder dran.

wo wir grad beim thema polo 6N sind. ich hab bei meinem geschlossenen gehäuse ne MDF Platte vor der früheren BR-Öffnung. mal angenommen ich wöllt mal drücken. würd ich dann versuchen meine kiste auf 53Hz zu tunen, also 53Hz als Tuning-Frequenz zu nehmen? dann könnt ich ja laut WinIsd einfach ein 10er rohr mir 20cm länge nehmen und das an ein MDF Stück schrauben und dann wechseln. die kurve würde dann so aussehen:

dann einfach nen 53Hz Sinus-Ton rein und los. oder seh ich da was falsch?

Der Gedankengang ist schon richtig, leider läßt sich eine SPL Kiste nicht berechnen.
Nur grob kann man das machen, denn es heißt nicht das auch dein Auto bei 53Hz seinen Peak hat.
Man kan das dann nur durch testen wirklich richtig machen.

Naja, also die Kurve sollte schon bei der BRummfrequenz die lauteste sein, nicht die Abstimmfreqeunz. Dies ist ja nur die Frequenz auf die der Port abgestimmt wird, den Schalldruck erzeugen aber Port und Woofer zusammen..

Aber rechnen ist schon und gut, bringt aber fast nie wirklich das RICHTIGE und lauteste Ergebnis. PROBIEREN heisst wie SonofThor das schon sagte das Zauberwort...
