m3u-Playlist sichtbar aber nicht spielbar

leider funktionieren die über JRiverMedia Center erstellen m3u-PLaylisten nicht. Hat jemand Tipps?

Problems with m3u-playlists

Dear Guys,

I bought a DX50 (firmware 1.92)an like it very much. Esspecially the brilliant sound. But yesterday after hours trying to use m3u-playlists generated by JRiver Media Center (www.jriver.com) and other tools, I wanted to return the DX50 to AMAZON and intended to inform other clients of AMAZON about this fault. BUT I DIT NOT, because of the briliant sound :-) and beause I see, that you clear faults and beacuase you are publishing new firmware quite often.

I see the in the JRiver-Software (or other) generatetd on the computer (Windows m3u-playlists in the computer and on the device. But it isn't possible to play them. BUT: If I add title to these playlists WITHIN THE DX 50 (!) it is possible to play THESE titles on the device!

I helped myself by organizing may music with folders - as in the 90s...

But I want You to do the following:

1. Please inform me in detail, what I have to do, that the playlists which I generate on the computer are working. Which kind of m3u-File, is storing it on the micro-sd-card possible or necessary, to put it in the internal memory of the DX 50? OR simply debug this fault in the firmware. PLAYING PLAYLISTS IS A VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE!

2. The second 'fault' is, that when I want to play genres (I use it as a workaround for the not working playlists), the device shows folders with the musicians. It is not possible to play music at random of ALL musicians of this genre. Only each musician (-folder) can by played.

3.It's the same with other real folders on the device. It should be possible to play folders with sub-Folders.

I hope you can help me soon. Otherwise I have to return the player and comment it within AMAZON.
