No, he can't.
The marketplace here is for community users only (100 posts minimum, long-time registered).

As it was already said your free to buy equipment here but you're not allowed to sell it until you have 100 posts. This restriction should provide a kind of save environment for the buyers.

And yea, it's a great website indeed.

1. Gebühren für Inserate

Für Gesuche und Angebote wird beim Einstellen eine Gebühr von 3 Euro fällig.
(erhöht am 8.10.2008).
Dafür bleibt das Angebot maximal 60 Tage sichtbar. Nach Ablauf kann ein Inserat zu den gleichen Bedingungen verlängert werden. In diesem Falle brauchen die Daten des Geräts nicht noch einmal eingegeben zu werden. Vorzeitiges löschen und Parken der Inserate ist auch möglich Das Wiedereinstellen eines geparkten Inserats kostet keine Gebühren solange dei 60 tage noch nicht abgelaufen sind.
