Hi everyone:

I am interested in these three tower speakers for purchase. I have personally not heard neither of them but all have been reviewed very favorably. Does anyone have any recomendations as which is the better speaker. I listen to 75% music and 24% HT. Thanks. Glenn

sorry..havent heard these speakers too.
Ive heard the dali grands though but did not like them too much.

how much do these speakers cost anyways ?

The Black Diamonds are $400-500US, the Dali 5005 are about $600 and the Axioms are about $600 also.

If this is your budget then I can recommend the speakers I have heard and liked in this budget.

The Axioms do tend to be a wee bit on the bright side but do HT and Music well.
Dalis are very musical and I belive a bit more dificult to drive (it has a 4 ohm Nominal impedance right ?)

Isnt Audio Pro the swedish one..From the little I have heard of it they seem to be more known for their Subwoofers..hence from your choice and usage the Axiom seem like a good choice, but partnered by a "warm" Amp/receiver. also since they have a decent centere as well as a good tripole Surround which you can slowly upgrade to

What Amp/receiver do you plan to use ? Usually Denon or Marantz receivers are more Musical just in case you want to use it for both..

Of course for that price you can also get a Nice Klipsch Rf25 which IMHO really Rock
