Hey!

Just got an email:

"Dear customer, are you really happy with your stereo equipment? If not, try C-38+ paste. Simply paint your amp and you'll hear the best sound of the universe. Just $799!! TRY IT OUT"

Is that serious??

Hi Frank,

it's Voodoo-SPAM! Equally serious like: "Get your ... 2 inches longer".

Hey Herbert!

That was my first thought, too.

Looks like some voodoo-guys are starting to spam like some unserious ..-length-enhancer-guys

Hi,
first there is a c37 paint then a c38 paste. My question what's the next invention? A c39 hammer that enables better sound when you hit your speaker?

And maybe a c40 pistol to shoot ultra deep bass-reproduction into your speakers?

Hi
what about a c41 flame thrower for your speaker to make them a warm sound??

God evening,

maybe I'm a bit late, but I'd suggest C-4 Detonators to enhance your dynamic and bass

Hello crazy ignorants!

c-37 paint makes suboptimal speakers quite good. Looking at your systems you should get into the next store and get some paint. Try it out your speakers will be better. And don't make any jokes about things you don't know!

But if your speakers are really good you want need any, some manufacturers do even paint it during production.
But I don't think your speakers are good, otherwise you would knwo more about c-37.

Hey sledge!

No need to get insulting!

I don't see any reason to paint my speakers, I use them "as delivered". That's it. They sound good enough.

Hello,
what's up with you? Having problems with your wife? Gun did not fire?

You really think painting speakers is any good? Why don't you buy yourself better speakers?
I would consider that at first. No paintings on my speakers!

And why do you attack Frank? He did not hear any difference between two cables and you tell him to shut up? Why don't you tell US between which cables YOU hear a difference?

So long, don't shoot me at once

Don't get on my nervers

Paint ain't good for good speakers!
But bad speakers won't get worse but a bit better, just right for guys like you not hearing differences between good cables.

Get yourself a pair of siltech or fadel art and compare them with any other cable. If you don't get any difference, get yourself a ghettoblaster thats good enough for you!

Hey Sledge!

Keep cool!
As scott said, no need to get insulting.

I've auditioned the kimber on 2 different systems and could hear no difference. Maybe I used the wrong cables (but i don't think so)

Hi, if i'm not toally insane, eichmann cables (http://www.eichmanncables.com/) are made in Australia. I believe the eichmann bullet plug is (except it's visual impression factor) the best rca plug ever. Forget WBT.
So try out an eichmann and maybe it's an improvement (FIRST try, THEN buy is my way).

langhaarigerbombenleger thats the right way. first try then buy. there should be no other way. I once used bullet plugs they were really great but after testing them against some siltech cables I bought siltech interconnects.

Great Plugs, but there may be better Cables...
Would like to hear a Siltech made with Bullets
(Cause i tried to compare Bullets vs. other RCAs on the same cable, and the Bullets made the difference!)

this is the funniest discussion I've ever read....

Cables make a lot of difference on systems that are high resolution....there is no doubt about it but it wont help if you test it with tired ears or bad recordings or external noise....play a combo of male/female vocals with an orchestral backing....you will notice the difference...

Dont play music which uses amplified instruments like rock, pop etc...it will only drown the subtle changes....

One singers voice which is very sensitive to cable changes I feel is Robbie williams.

Also check for how close the individual instruments to the natural sound you would hear and ofcourse check for soundstage clarity.

if you want to hear a difference in cables you will of course need very clear and fine records. that means no rock-music but classics.

jazz or classical.....but good recordings...avoid the DDD Cd's...ADD's would be ideal.

DDD cd's still dont have the full tonality of the ADD's...this is my personal opinion and not gospel.

yes sub.
ADD and AAD Cd's still sound so good. Check out the good recordings of the 60's, 70, and 80 especially jazz and classical. Fantastic sound...its ofcourse a lot to do with those analogue tapes used for the origininal session recordings and analogue edits.
