Hi, I'm from Croatia, and my Deutsch is weak, so please answer on english, if possible...

I have a question:
Ra Sphinx 165 (component system) - are they ok, worth 120€? i'm putting them in Saxo 2001, connected on a 4x50sin amp + pyle woofer in compression
i don't know between them and JBL GTO6506CE (they are 95€)

please help

the only dealer in Zagreb that I know of is "Dobar Zvuk".
Here is a link to them and Ra Sphinx 165:

http://www.dobar-zvuk.hr/auto_ak/ra.htm

I'm a student and I have a limited budget, so I would go up to 100, 120€ top.

like I said, so far I'm considering these, RA Sphinx and JBL GTO6506CE. I thought that you've heard of these speakers, becuase the guy in that shop told me that they are made by Westra

Hm I dont think the GTO Series by JBL is that good...it hasnt been in the past and it wont be good in the future. Not for that money. As said, have a look at the rainbow slx 265

Hi, KAMENi,

first of all, welcome.

To your question(s): i only know RA-Audio from Amplifiers, but they do produce good quality, so in my opinion, this speakers also have to be good.

The REGENT-Speakers did not look that good. (these are also only Coax-Speakers, Compo-Systems are allways better !)

The Brax-exvibrationis a very good stuff to calm down your car (for what price you can buy this at this Reseller??)

Regards
Lothar

Hi lothar!

you didnt look closely, the regent also has components... they offered me this serie, not on their site, (92 dB sensitivity, 50-20kHz, 12dB/okt xover, 200w music, around 70W sin)

brax exvibrations costs 30€. is maybe this bitumen (i dont know if you understand me, am i saying it right?) better? i heard that its heavy, something like dynamat.

is 30€ for Exvibration too much? its 1,5 kg, for 2 doors

Well U could look in ebay, I think one Piece ist 14,95 watch out for shiüpping to allover Europe. I dont think regent component systems are good quality, looks cheap. For Damoing U can also look in the Hardware Store, Bitumen Repais paste is cheaper but it also stinks and it takes long for it to stop stinking. The Best thing is U take one layer Bitumen Mats (4 or 2,5mm) And one Layer ExVibration over it.

I would take the bitumen mats. here is a link, those are enough for the complete car. http://cgi.ebay.de/w...item=4500271721&rd=1

everybody here say that Brax exvibrations is a very good new thing, best of these 3 and easy to install.

only problem is that they dont have it and wont import it this year, so only if i find some in Slovenia... otherwise wait...

please, check it out and translate the relevant stuff... i didnt quite understand everything.

im thinking of buying them over DLS b6 & c6 (c6 is a little more expensive, b6 is ok...)

I totally agree with LuxorN and Klangpurist.

But you have to hear them by yourself to decide, if they are oK for you (and, of course, for your car !).

With magazines, its IMHO the same in every country : they are reliant on the advertising that the big companies will do, so if all products will be rated objective, who knows...

In this forum, you will find many people with independant opinions, so you can thrust them

yeah, thats it...
the best way is to install the wires and to ask in the store to connect them, and listen...

i'll have to do that...
