Hey all you AV freaks!

I've been missing out on all the hot AV gossip for more than six months now coz everytime i come to the page it's all in German language. I just can't get to the English page guys!!! Can anybody please help me how to get back to the English forum page? That would be a big favour.

Please PM me somebody.

If u are already a member in english forum,just login in the german forum.u will reach the english forum...

I used to click on the "Latest Postings" sub-title and conveniently get a list of the latest postings.

For the past 1 month or more, I now only get German Listings.

Can anyone tell me the URL for the Latest Postings ( in English ? )

You could also go to "My HI-Fi Forum" once you've signed up and uncheck the "Show German Forums" checkbox.

However... I checked & the "Show German Forum" is already switched off...

select the 'main' option in the box at the bottom of page when you've clicked on 'latest postings' tab. engllish listings come up.

i usually click on the 'main' tab on the table menu and scroll down. the latest posting are there automatically listed. this doesnt work on your comp?

When I click on "Latest Postings" I get:

1. A list of individual postings, ALL in GERMAN Only

2. There is No MAIN Link on that page

When you log into HiFi Forum, the leftmost column in the "table of contents" shows 'Info' and below it, 'Main' in bold letters.
When you move the cursor to this 'Main' heading, a hand forms.Click on it & the page reforms and shows the latest postings at the bottom of the table.Thats the way to go.
You're right ,till abt a month or so back, all you needed to do was to click on the latest postings tab,& the english posts sorted datewise would appear, but since then , the Germans have hijacked that shortcut method and now we poor third worlders have to take the longer route.
There'll come a day.....
(P.S. Plz pardon me; I used to work for the Govt where they taught us the cardinal rule of writing--if it can be said in ten words,use a hundred!)

Thanks So Much for the very detailed instructions.

1. The method that you described is Exactly what I have been doing for the past month or so.

2. The problem that I have been facing has apparently also been faced by you.

Maneck... anything you can do about this glitch ( The Latest Postings Shortcut does not work for the English posts...

3. Regarding us 3rd World guys... Actually, I would like to express my Sincere gratitude to the entity that pays for and maintains this site, ...

I have NEVER seen a SINGLE Ad on this forum, by an Indian Commercial member...

Clearly, this site is is dead loss...

Maybe its best that they have forgotten about us, and let us keep whispering between ourselves, in our own corner
