ANy Idea who deals with in Bangalore ?

Some one I know is looking for the prices of the 2Wq sub and wants to figure out whether it is worth the bother of bringing it in from the US or rather buy it here..

Never knew Vandersteen was represented in India.
They have some amazing loudspeakers. A cousin in Utah owns the 3A Signature. He raves and rants about them. He owned some very expensive speakers from dynaudio and b&w before he upgraded to these. Couldn’t be happier.

apparently my friend has been trying to call him for some time with no response. so he went ahead and procured his Vandy 2CEs directly..and at a very good value too.

I just wanted to know if there is someone else who can be contacted since if the value is right it is alot less hassle to buy from india.

from one of the past threads, the 1 CE which costs less that 1000 USD in the US is quoted 75K here.

i guess the USD seems to have been mistaken for the GBP !

guess it makes more sense importing it directly

The fact that the company has willingly sold it directly means they don't have any active distributor in India, IMO.

I think the 2Ces with the stand was priced @ 1 lakh + .That's way above what they cost in the U.S.

i think importing to india +duty etc still makes it around 1.2 lakhs so the something in the "1 lakh+ something" might be interesting to know !
