Looking for Speakers for Yamaha RX-V459

Hi..

I am very very new to this , however have dream to have a good home theater.. so I got my first amp (Yamaha RX-V459 6.1 Channels Receiver..

Now looking for good speakers ( under cost of 30K-40K or slightly till 60K).. I looked into Bose however finding it expensive.

I am more into movies than music (so 70:30)..I have decent house or room.. I am planning to get Sony 32' LCD..soon.

If any one of you can help.. I live in mumbai but can check in delhi also ( as my parents live there).. so both this cities are in reach.

I am not a Yammy fan...especially the entry level ones.
They are a bit too bright and noisy. You could look at the Wharfdale 9.1 package. Try to get a good sub. Whats your room size ?

Hi.. Good morning.

Room size is approx 12 by 12 .. just normal room (little big) which we have in mumbai or delhi.

I got this amp so pls help me with speakers as you guys are the experts so i am looking for for yr support.

Let me know the model name ( for sub+ speakers) and location where i can find them..

You can look at Wharfdale Diamond 9.1 package. Make sure that you get the SW-150 sub.
This should go well with your setup.
Guys from Mumbai can help you get a Wharfdale dealer.
Ask Manek, the moderator of this Forum...he is from Mumbai and he would definitely give you the right directions.

I have a yamaha 659 and have connected the same to lithos speakers and am very pleased with the results. If you are in Mumbai you must listen to them before plunking money on any of the imported stuff in this price range. Their website is
