That is exactly why I was hoping someone here would be going. I got such a kick out of reading the reviews! It was some of the funniest stuff posted here.

Yeah sharukh....the food was the best part of the show wasn't it ? :-)

Nevertheless I will go there for a bit around lunch, "look" at the stuff on offer....eat good food if any and come back. Hoping the food quality has not slipped like the quality of the show.

This is a Video / Audio Show.

The emphasis being 'video'

The 'audio' part is just a 'tag along' !!!

I was to be there - however, will be out of town for a 'wedding' therefore shall not be in a position to attend.

I am sure it will be 'fun'
Was @ Palm Show last week & it was good fun - just to meet and network. So you guys should go.

About woofers and tweeters, if that's what it takes to see some displacement/movement, I am sure to hear a lot of music from the exhibit owner !

The only thing we could demo there last time was a pair of headphones.

So expecting the worst and hoping for the best(the eternal optimist that I am).

"Gate money"?? Seriously? Good grief. They expect us to pay for the privilege of only getting a brief glimpse of audio hardware. This gets nuttier by the minute.

The reason I probably don't remember is that it was quite a forgetable show.....

Suhaas....what made you think they would have firang girls ? I doubt whether they would go beyong our local lovelies and that's just fine.

Those are some serious brands ! may not be a bad idea to go just to see and if an appointment is an option one should grab it...looking forward to the one in bangalore in 2009

in the beauty segment i guess we started doing it much earlier..ash, sush, priyanka, lara etc etc

the cosmetic market unlike the audiophile market is much more high visibility !

I have nothing the report.....I didnt go ! kya karega....not feeling too well so wifey said "stay !" and I obeyed.


But I sincerely hope it was a good show for people who attended. I hope the organisers and the product sellers time and money was put to good use.

I was @ a wedding over the weekend - out of town;
However, I returned on Sunday & rushed to Goregaon @ 1500 hours [boy was I tired] !!
I loved the Show !
I think it was really nice.

1st time in my life I purchased some things @ any show.
3 things I got;
Sonodyne - EX Bar
Finite Elemente' - Cera Base & Resonator

It was a well managed show - well layed out. Enough people - lots of goods to see & 'hear'
I like the Theil speaker - 3.6. Very nice with Bryston !!!

Did any other 'audiophile' attend ?

Who sells finite element in India and would you be able to post or PM the price ofthe cerabase+ resonator ?


the Exbar is really interesting..last I heard only yamaha and Pokl had one. I think it makes a lot of sense for people who are not so much into the HT thing but do want good sound + effects with no wire clutter
