An open invitation to join "Absolute Phase Hi-Fi Forum" group on Yahoo Groups.

Hi! guys,
Got a shock to see that this wondeful forum is closing down on the 21st of this month.

This forum has been a place for everyone of us to interact with like minded people and yes we have all had a good time in knowing each one of us. Some members were able to help other members in advicing them on Hi-Fi, Music, Tech Details, Problems, Sales, upgradations etc.

Some members were even able to sell off their equipment to another member and upgrade too. Some of us also got some amazing deals and some got products free too.

As a dealer I too have benefited and got quite a few sales and enquires.
Taking all this into consideration I have started a new Yahoo group called "ABSOLUTE PHASE HI-FI FORUM".

I would like to personally invited each one of you to join this group & continue where we left off. Mind you I have no business motives in this group. Members, Dealers, Distributors of audio in India and are most welcome to join this group. This will be a unbiased group! Without any restrictions for anyone.

Dealers & Distributors can join and psot their products on the group as long as they dont do it very often. Once a month I think is OK! That goes even for me! They are however most welcome to post new arrivals!

Look forward to seeing all of you

& see that our small community continues to grow in India. Lets not miss out on our passion of music, audio systems & home theatres.

Good show Prithvi...

But can't it be the "Indian Hifi forum" ..or "Indian Audio forum" ..
someone more creative can come up with a much better name am sure...
Something which will be readily recognisasble as an audio forum for Indians...
what say?

To add we even got to meet some real serious audio gurus, enhanced knowledge and common platform for discussions varying from verbal conflicts to fun chat which every member relished...

i think an even smaller community in bangalore which is close knit can come closer...Hope this gunman is invited

I agree...have met so may great people on this forum..we have had some fun times..enhanced our knowledge..the odd pissing contest...yeah..its been fun alright...

i think we take this idea put forth by Prithvi and start our own yahoo group...

any suggestions for a name

Everyone from Bangalore is invited. We cannot afford to miss even a single member. It was my daily schedule to open this site and check whats happenig in the audiophile land.

This news bad and sad to say the least.
Cant believe this is happening.

In any case if at all we are starting a new forum, we should give it a generic name which immediately attracts people looking for high-end audio in India.

Basically it should be caught by GOOGLE on the first or at the max Second page whenever someone gives a search for "India hifi audio forum" or the likes, for that the NAME of the forum does matter a lot.

Believe me getting caught by Google is easy but we have to take care of these small things. Otherwise we may lose a lot of potential members for our new forum.

Names Like:

Indian Hifi
India Hifi
Indian Audio
India Audio
Hifi Audio India

can attract a lot of guys to our forum IMO....
Shall we do a Poll ?
