Hi! Guys,

This is going to come to you all as a shock! My company ABSOLUTE PHASE will no longer be associated with ECLIPSE: MAKERS OF CADENCE PRODUCTS with immediate effect as their only dealer in Karnataka.

CADENCE products will no longer be available on demo or for sale with ABSOLUTE PHASE henceforth.

One of the main reasons being :-Lack of product quality control and after sales service & support. Sadly things have worsend in spite of repeated complaints to Cadence.

Cadence has decided to open its own company showroom in Bangalore and all products can be serviced directly with them. New products can be purchased directly from Cadence in Pune or from the showroom which will open shortly.

This is bad they charge a bomb for selling their products and when you mentioned this I feel the vendors in S.P.Road are much better.Just don't deserve this amount of credit. Do they?.Too bad.tch tch tch very bad.I don't know who would ever plan to buy after they read this.

Sad but true, but one thing positive is that there electrostats are one of the best sounding ones. As mentioned earlier, it would hve been nice to have the mids of a martinlogan with the bass of the cadence and the build quality of the martin logans.

The cadence arca-4's bass is in a different world, it eats the ML prodigy for dinner. Period.

Well hope things change for the best. Their dynamic spks are also very good namely the Arita and Diva.

Prithvi,

One of the first things you probably hear after a demo at Cadence is that a similar amp/speaker in the West (US/Europe) would cost 'many times more'!!

But you can expect afer sales service to match the price and a full refund, if not satisfied, policy.

Which takes me back to another topic we had earlier- what's a warranty worth in India?

Very true roshan, agree that a similar spk/amp will cost more & ys you get excellent warranty and after sales service too.

Sadly here in india, we as dealers depend on the distributors and yes there are many that can give you excellent back up service and warranty and some that can do neither.

regarding full refund if not satisfied, well that never been possible in India.
