any idea how good are yamaha htib's and whether yu get them in india-delhi-
any place in delhi ? where i can audition?

Any specific reason why you are denying yourself any other options? Do not mean to be offensive, but just wanted you to keep an open mind.

What is your budget? If you are willing to spend a ton (read a lakh+), you can also check out speakers and AVR from different manufacturers.

Try and read some previous postings in this and other fourms.

Hi,

I checked out the RVX550 with a friind of mine. Pretty impressive. Bombay grey market price was around 18K. I also saw it on offer at AV max at 37K!!!!! What a rip off!!!

I own a Yamaha RXV 540 HTR. The product is very very good. I use it largely for audio. Believe me it sounds very natural and transparent.

I live in Mumbai and bought it from Mumbai. I bought it at Rs. 16,900/- from the grey market.

In Music Ranch, they quoted 26K, but do not have it for demo, I guess he will source it on order
If anyone know the number for marantz dealer in bangalore?

of all the showrooms in Bangalore i hate Music ranch the most..
the chap does'nt know shit if it hits in the face....and he keeps going like a stuck tape"Velodyne. The best Subwoofer in the world"
u aask him anything else and he mutters and goes scurrying after the brochure...
