Thanks lohifi. 17.7 MB download & comes in a jiffy with a fast broadband. Didnt know they were posted on RapidShare.

When you go to the Rapidshare site, click on the free button, for the premium option you need login for which you have to pay.

Those who have not downloaded yet, do it ASAP as the file may not be there for a long time.
