ONKYO TX 2500,4500 und andere, Tuning Knopf

Hallo alle zusammen,
ich habe vor Monaten den kleinen TX 2500 ersteigert, gründlich gereinigt, Schalter zerlegt, gereinigt und wieder eingelötet sowie die FM Frequenzen korrigiert. Nun sieht er nicht nur wieder gut aus, auch der Klang ist angenehm.
Eine Kleinigkeit funktioniert jedoch nicht:
Die Tuning Knob-Funktion spricht nicht an(per Schalter läßt sie sich ausschalten). Ich bin mir nicht im Klaren über den HUM-Sensor. Wenn der Anschluß auf der NAIMS-345 zum Sensor führt, dann könnte sich dieser im Schalter auf der Rückfront befinden(LOW,Normal,High).Dann frage ich mich auch, um welche Art von Sensor es sich handelt. Unter dem Begriff HUM-Sensor tummelt sich eine ganze Anzahl von verschiedenen Sensoren:Wärme,Druck,kapazitiv etc.
Kann mir da jemand einen Tip geben??

Hi,

A HUM-sensor is simply a sensor that picks-up the human-induced 50Hz HUM.
HUM in German would be something like BRAUSEN or SUMMEN or SCHNURREN
(Actually in Denmark we use exactly the same words: BRUS, SUMMEN & SNURREN. Must be something we picked-up from German language

)
The HUM sensor disconnects the AFC when you touch the Tuning-knob. When the station is properly tuned the LOCKED (or TUNED) lamp will light up. When you release the Tuning-knob the AFC kicks-in and keeps the station locked.
On the rear-panel of the receiver you may adjust the sensitivity of the HUM-sensor so it works properly.

Hi tri-comp,
tanks for Your explanationes, now I know, that the sensor is like a capacitive one, but it dont help me.
This afternoon I cleaned the sensitive switch on the rear panel. It was really dirty, but after cleaning the stuation was the same(ok, it was cheep trial).
Now to the service manualTX 2500 and TX 4500:
I write TX 2500 and (TX 4500)
Q 117 (Q 126) = TA 7136P, it works with the signal of knob
D 119,120 and 121 (its the same) is for rectification
Q123 (Q135) = 2 SC 1317 or 2 SC 735, if its switching, to the earth, the tuning signal is off.
If I give earth to his base, Tune lamp is off.
So I will proof the following:
I change the +/- capacitive. I make it, because they are cheep and their living time is called for about 2500 hours running. Than I change Q 117(Q126). If its not running in the right way, than I must change TA 7136 P or a alternative one.

TA 7136 P:
1.freqency comp
2.non inverting input(+)
3.inverting input(-)
4.V(-)
5.Voltage comp
6.output
7.V+

Hi and good evening tri-comp,

gemäß Schaltplan mußte der TA 7136 das Bauteil sein, welches die Frequenz zur Verfügung stellt,den Vorgang TUNING-LAMP on/off über Berührung des TUNING Knopfes auszulösen. So habe ich mir nach längerem Suchen noch 2 TA 7136 besorgen können.
Ich habe gleich heute das Teil ausgetauscht und: Nun funktioniert alles einwandfrei.
Ersatztypen hätte es gegeben, aber die haben ein DIP-Gehäuse.Da hätte ich ein PIN-MAPPING veranstalten müssen.
