Rainbow Germanium Four 2ohm load

Gonna run 2x Germanium GL-W6 /door and want more than 105-110w/mid

I don't think that it is capable of doing that over a long period. It's a heat sink with a rather small foot print thus has limited cooling capacities and Rainbow is not a brand famous for overbuilding its amps...

I mean you could always try it, but I would rather consider using a strong 2 channel amp for this application. Something that puts out stable ~300-500 Watts RMS in a 2 Ohm load. There are several candidates that are able to do so and which are easily available on the market in used condition (though I don't know too much avout the swedish situation there...). I have just recently seen a SPL Dynamics S6002 for instance which would be suited.

My experience with bridged 4 channel amps is that even in 4 ohm loads there may be issues already, that's the reason for my conclusion above
