If ur into DIY, check out the TNT flexy rack on tnt-audio.com! Simple and very sturdy. My projects still incomplete because I'm yet to find a fully threaded rod!

Hi,
My TNT flexy has been up and running for a year now. It works fine. The top shelf supports a turntable and the isolation is fine by me.

For CD racks, check out The Design Store, they have some real nice designs...a little pricey though...

Availability and variety of HiFi furniture in India (at least in Mumbai where I'm from) is spotty at best. Options would be to DIY as Shahrukh recommended or to source these from Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand at ridiculously low prices.

Thanks for the info Amp_Nut. I'll keep Nova Audio in mind in the event I will require AV racks in the future.

I was lucky enough to secure 2 nice AV racks (last units) from Me, Furniture & Beyond in Lower Parel recently. For speaker stands I source these from either Singapore or Thailand - recent acquisition being the center speaker stand for a Wharfedale 9CS (part of HT in the living room) and bookshelf stands for a pair of Athena speakers (surround) in the den.
