Hi all,
Some good news. My Denon DL 110 Cartridge which I had given up on is working fine. It seems the fault was mine, I had connected the pins a little gingerly, as a result only one channel was working. I decided to give it one more shot last weekend, and mounted it with some vigour and annoyance, and yes it responded by working perfectly! As of now its mounted on my xpression and is making music. The two are a fantastic match, and a definite move upwards from the shure m97x. Will give a more detailed evaluation after some time.

Hmmmm endorses the general Fix it remedy...

When something does not work... THUMP it.

Infact there are Hammers with nylon impact pads, Specifically to THUMP errant electronics
