HTPC and power amplifier

Here is my issue..

I am planning to shift to my new house where I am planning my dream PC based HT.
It’s a 25x16 drawing room and I have a budget of Rs. 1,25,000/-

My intended use is primarily music, movies and occasional gaming. I am planning following things in the budget…
1.A projector - DLP 16x9 around Rs. 65,000/-
2.A 5.1 or 7.1 setup with power amplifier Rs. 60,000/-

My PC have a Creative Audigy II ZS sound card with 7.1 support. So, kindly suggest me a speaker and power amplifier setup for Rs. 60,000/-
Please note that I need a multichannel POWER AMPLIFIER and not an AVR.
I am based in Pune. I am ready to start of with a 5.0 setup with floor standing fronts and gradually want to add a sub and if required additional 2 channels to complete 7.1
