45-60W (musik) lautsprecher mit Technics SU-V2X?

hallo hallo,

nur ein kurze frage.. ich habe schon 'no-name' lautsprecher (sie sind relativ gut);
frequenzbereich- 40-20 000hz
musikleistung- 45-60w
impedenz- 8ohm

..ich frage mich wenn sie funktioniert nett werden mit einer 'technics SU-V2X' verstärker (2 x 40w RMS at 8ohm)?

leider, technik und mathematik sind beides nicht meine stärke.

stimmt, ich bin eine ausländerin. i live in austria and read quite well, try to write and speak but obviously am not so great with grammar and structure.

..found this forum to be more interesting and detailed than any i could find in english and thought somebody may be able to help.

all i want to know is whether the loudspeakers i already own will work with a 'Technics SU-V2X' amplifier or whether it will be too strong for the 22.4-30W RMS at 8ohm speakers?

Das paßt schon so.

Amplifiers can't really be "too strong". If you crank up a powerful one, the speakers (usually the woofers) will start complaining at some point, which will be rather obvious. Underpowered ones are more critical, since driving an amplifier into clipping produces lots of high-frequency components which not only sound ugly but can also fry the tweeters (commonly called "party damage" - alcohol messes with people's hearing abilities, too).
