Hi, ich hoffe, im richtigen Teil des Forums zu schreiben.

Ich besitze oben genanntes Gerät. Es hat einen Eingebauten FM/AM Receiver und diverse andere Anschlüsse, an welche ich bisher meinen PC und meinen Plattenspieler angeschlossen hatte. 2 Boxen sind angeschlossen. Das Gerät ist denke ich schon etwas älter, habe es gebraucht gekauft. Keine Fernbedienung, Radiosender wird noch über Drehrad eingestellt.

Zum Problem:

sobald ich das Gerät einschalte, habe ich ein recht lautes Brummen auf den Boxen, welches sich in der Lautstärke nicht verändert, wenn der Lautstärkeregler betätigt wird. Brummen ist auch da, wenn der Plattenspieler und PC nicht angeschlossen sind (Cinch). Bin ich im Radiomodus und drehe die Lautstärke ganz weit auf, hört man durch das Brummen leise den Radiosender. Klopfe ich an die hinten Angebaute Antenne (falls das eine sein soll) gibt es ein lautes knisterndes Geräusch, ebenso, wenn ich an der Erdung für den Plattenspieler dran klopfe.

Das Teil wird sicher im Eimer sein, aber was könnte es sein und wie teuer wäre eine Reperatur?

Hi,

You have a defective STK-463 output chip.
When you replace it, be sure to replace all small electrolytic capacitors as well.
They are:
C606/C656: 22uF/16V
C605/C655: 47uF/16V
C609/C659: 47uF/35V

While you are at it I would suggest to replace electrolytic capacitors C807/C808: 100uF/35V in the power-supply, as well.

If you are REALLY in luck you just need to resolder the existing chip. It MAY just have some bad solder-connections but I don't think so. Perhaps this was the original problem that caused the chip to burn but now it's most likely too late to just do a resolder. Try anyway...

....and STOP trying to kill your loudspeakers with a defective amplifier.
This amp. DOES NOT have any electronic protection circuit that will disconnect the speakers from a defective output-chip so the speakers are fed some serious DC-current that will eventually cause a melt-down of the woofer.

Ok, vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich weiß nun nicht, warum di in Englisch geantwortet hast, aber da du meinen Ausgangspost lesen konntest, schreibe ich auch jetzt in Deutsch.

Ich traue mir leider nicht zu, irgendetwas zu löten und habe auch keine Ahnung, wo ich die Ersatzteile herbekommen könnte. Aber vielen Dank für die Tipps.

Anyway, I read what is written in German quite well as long as you stick to the correct language. Slang is not my strong side.

Sorry, that you won't have a go at repairing the receiver. It has to be one of the easiest repairs around. Ask a friend with some knowledge about soldering for help. It really IS quite easy to fix this SONY.

Solange es kein slang ist, kann ich Englisch auch ohne Probleme lesen. Ich schreibe lieber in deutsch, weil auch ich niemandem mein english-grammar antun möchte ;-)

Vielen Dank noch mal. Wo bekomme ich denn die benötigten Ersatzteile her?

STK-463 is available from ASWO, Germany.
They are whole-dealers and sell only through affiliated shops.
Go and ask a local repair-shop if they deal with ASWO and if they will sell you the part.

ASWO Partno. for STK-463 = 161330
I checked; it is on stock with ASWO.

The electrolytic capacitors are regular spareparts you are able to buy in any repair-shop. Beware, they are polarized ( plus and minus leads) and the replacements should be orientated like the originals when installed.

Now, about learning how to solder... That's a whole other game
