Just helps people to help YOU if you are precise.

The Volume-control is not very special.
The extra connection is for the Loudness-circuit.
One Input-pin, one Output-pin, one Ground-connection AND the Loudness.
Most amplifiers without electronic volume-control have it.

The Volumecontrol is Sony Partno.: 1-223-400-11
I have checked with ASWO, Germany and they do not stock it.
At least you now know what you are looking for.

Thanks a lot, /tri-comp, for this info. You may be right about the name of the beast, even though F505ES is what it says on the outside, so that's what I quoted.

BTW, the number printed on the circuit board is 1-649-088-11. Since you mentioned ASWO, I tried to see myself whether they have THAT part, but unfortunately they only accept professional customers.
Meanwhile I went to an electronic shop, and they recommended to pump some contact spray into the two holes, which doesn't sound entirely convincing to me, but I guess I'll give it a try...
If you have a link where I could try myself to find the circuit, I would be most grateful!

@OP: Schon mal was von Aktionismus gehört? Wie kommst du überhaupt zu der Diagnose "Poti abgeschliffen"?

Meist reicht schon etwas Kontakt 61 oder Oszillin, um kratzenden Potis wieder auf die Beine zu helfen. Nötigenfalls erst mit WL ausspülen und dann mit 61 versiegeln. In hartnäckigen Fällen sind es meist Koppelelkos mit erhöhtem Leckstrom, die zusätzlich getauscht werden wollen.

Eine reale Beschädigung der Leiterbahn ist selten und entsteht i.d.R. durch Schlageinwirkung.

Ist zwar etwas spät für die Antwort. Aber da ist nicht der Poti selbst defekt - sondern auf der Platine sind kalte Lötstellen am Poti- nur nachlöten und alles ist wieder OK.
Das ist ein ALPS-Poti ( hohe Qualität) , die eigentlich nicht
defekt gehen.
