Hello German audiophiles,

Sorry, I don't speak German well enough so I will write to you in English.

I want to share with you my impressions on a great DIY device which optimises the sound in the listening room. It's called The Brodule and has been invented by Audiophile Apiguide, a French audiophile. It's cheap to make (€40) and produces extraordinary results.The Brodule seems to produce the same effects as a super tweeter.

To me, the Brodule is one of the best DIY audio tweaks of all times as far as room optimisation is concerned. It will change your listening experience.

I am sorry, I don't have any equipment to make measurements.

I have my ears, and they work well.

All I can say is that it is not a "big fake" as you say.

This is something you don't understand and are not able to explain.

I cannot add more than what is said on my blog in terms of explanations: the Brodule is a diffuser.

What you can do is make one Brodule to prove it doesn't work.
Please make one and place it according to specifications. The inside must be well polished so as to reflect the high frequencies towards the steel balls.

If you do so, you will not say "big fake" but "My God".

I am really looking for people to test, because currently, everyone is just reading, i.e. being passive.

Please be our tester, not only for Germany, but for the world (to my knowledge, nobody has tested yet since I put my posts on the internet, at the beginning of June 2011).

Hallo,

ich bin ja mal gespannt ob der Thread hier im Akustikbereich überlebt oder ob er doch nicht woanderst landet

Wichtig ist bei dem Teil wie so meistens der Aufstellort,
zwischen die Lautsprecher auf Augen oder Ohrhöhe,

damit man sich beim Hören auch ja daran erinnert das es besser klingen muss....

Bin gespannt ob hier einer den getunten Aschenbescher mit Messungen belegen kann.
