Beocenter 1600 Endstufe defekt?

Hallo,

ich habe in der Bucht ein Beocenter 1600 ersteigert. Per Kopfhörer funktioniert alles ausgezeichnet, bei Anschluss der Boxen kommt aus einem Kanal nur so ein Gebrutzel, wie bei einem schlecht eingestellten Radiosender. Da der Defekt hinter dem Kopfhörerverstärker sein muß, kann es ja nur ein Defekt in der Leistungsstufe sein. Für mich hört sich das nach defektem Transistor an. Liege ich da richtig.

Ich komme irgendwie nicht an die Endstufe dran, dass Ding ist schwer zugänglich.

Hallo Thomas,

da ist garantiert das Lautsprecherrelais verdreckt. Einfach mal reinigen. Anleitungen findest Du hier im Forum.

Sorry, but in this cassiever there are NO output speaker protect relays.
When you listen on the high-ohm headphone the amplifier will supply enough current to drive them without distortion but when you connect 4 or 8 ohm speakers the amp will no longer supply enough current. This is a typical fault when one of the output transistors is defective. Here the amp is made with Darlington transistors and one is dead.
I have the schematic diagram if you want to start repairing yourself.

tri-comp hat recht. Es ist wirklich ein Transistor defekt. Ich habe mir schon neue bestellt.

OK, I'm happy you found the problem.

...then I just uploaded my avatar that I also use in other forums.
On this forum it became absolutely square ...short & fat!
Probably here it even represents me better

Hallo zusammen,
der thread ist bestimmt schon alt, aber das gleiche Problem habe ich jetzt auch am Beocenter 1600, habe aber keinen Schaltplan und bin nur gering erfahren, solche zu Probleme lösen. Welche Transistoren muss man genau tauschen und ist es sinnvoll, alle zu tauschen? Zusätzlich läuft bei meinem Gerät der Motor vom Kassettendeck ständig mit, geht nur aus, wenn ich das Gerät ausschalte. Hat jemand eine Idee?
