Hallo
Ich hoffe das jemand hier mir helfen kann. Ich habe eine schône alte kofferplattenspieler vom Philips mit eingebaute rôhrenverstärker die fûr seine alter noch in eine gute zustand ist. Aller dings ist die riemen aufgelôst. Ein neue habe ich bereits aber ich verstehe nicht wie es aufmontiert sein soll. Die plattenteller hat einer rille auf die aussenseite und scheinbar solte man die riemen auf eine kuplung die oben auf einen reibrad fixiert ist montieren. Die reibrad druckt gegen die motorachse und bringt alles zum laufen. Nun wie komme ich dar rein? Die reibrad und kuplung sind im einen schwenkbäre metalgehause montiert. Muss ich alles abbauen nur am die riemen rein zu bekommen?

Hallo

Hast du es mit deiner Frage mal im Dual Board probiert?

Viele Geräte damals waren ja baugleich, artverwandt oder so ...

I have the same problem with the belt. Mine took the form of a black and sticky paste, difficult to remove from the fingers. Please tell me, where did you find a new one ?
Here's how I did. Unfortunately I only had a custom belt that cracked after a few turns.
1) Open the turn-table (6 screws on the edge of the box)
2) The platter has to be removed (screw at the bottom). There's also a small part fixed by a screw near the axis that prevents its complete withdrawal. May be you can try to remove this first and see if the belt can be introduced with a small withdraw of the platter. I don't know how thick it is. Note the positions of the rings and screws.
3) The main problem seems to be the wheel drive. In fact if you push the whole axis whith the two wheels and the link (drive and speed selection wheel) gently upwards it will leave its bottom plastic guide.
4) Place the belt around the platter and between the drive wheel and the selector wheel.
5) Remount the platter.
6) Remount the drive and sel. wheels. Be sure that the selection index is in place in the selection wheel.
7) Place the belt around the drive wheel. Doing this as last operation will reduce the efforts in point 6.
8) Does it turn ?
9) No more forgotten parts ?
10) Close the box.

Hallo,
man muss tatsächlich das gesammte schwenkbäre Metalgehäuse abmontieren. Nur eine Schraube. Dann die Wechselachse aus dem plastik Gehäuse drücken.
Diese Kofferplattenspieler ist aus dem Jahre 1961.
