Hallo
Haben jemand nadeln oder ergänzen pickup mit gut nadeln?
Pick up ist ich glaube magnetischen veil pickup Wicklungen und der Magnet haben.Aluminium-Gehäuse liest "Silverring patent"

Moin,
das wird sehr schwer werden, dafuer eine Nadel zu finden. Es sieht wie ein uralter Mono-Tonabnehmer aus.

(It might be very hard to find a stylus for this pickup. It seems to be a very old monophonic-PU)

This is just a suggestion.

Stereo started when 45 rpm was introduced. The old "schellack" needles worked with a vertikal movement and without electric amplification. The new system "45 rpm" worked with horizontal vibrations. Here magnetic needle systems came up.

If you cannot find any replacement for your needle, you could look around for Elac or Dual Systems from the 60's/70's. Some of these Systems had exchange needles for Schellack records. Such they can be used for modern stereo records and also for electric amplification of mono recordings.

Der Plattenspieler hat auch 45 und 33 Geschwindigkeit, dann vielleicht das entsprechende Pick-up ist leichter zu finden.

I assume that you won't find a needle or an original system as a replacement. The player you have must be around 1950.
What I found is a description. The writer replaced an old System with a Shure M75. The M75 can play Schellack and Stereo records with two different needles.
