[gelöst] technics sl bd 22d störgeräusch

Hallo Hifi Forum,

ich hab nen technics sl-bd22d und folgendes problem. wenn ich leise musik höre (also die musik enthält leise passagen) ist im hintergrund immer ein leises kratzen zu hören.
dies tritt auch schon auf, wenn sich der plattenteller dreht, die nadel aber noch nicht auf der platte aufliegt.
wenn ich etwas auf den plattenteller drücke, während dieser sich dreht, ihn also bremse, geht das geräusch weg. nur ist das ja keine lösung.
was denkt ihr, woran kanns liegen?
hab mal das geräusch

hier hochgeladen. das brummen ist dabei nicht das problem. das ist bei der verstärkung des geräuschs entstanden.

Hi,

When you press on the turntable you force the servo-circuit to compensate by raising the motor torque (more power to the motor) shifting the point of operation. Probably the motor is worn out and needs to be replaced. I have seen this kind of noise from motors in tape recorders so why not in turntables?

hello again,

thanks for the manual. the problem isn't the motor. i tested a bit around and found out that the turntable (the metal thing below the gum mat) isn't really grounded. i connected a cable to the receiver chassis and held it on the turntable while spinning, so the noise disappeared.
now i'm searching for a better solution than holding a cable while listening to music.

i think i try to ground the turntable shaft. shouldn't this thing be grounded anyway? what do you think?
I'm a bit afraid, that I don't get the turntable rebuilt, when i disassemble it. i got only basic knowledge of mechanics.
does anybody know a good workshop in leipzig?

okay, habs jetzt doch gelöst, hab einfach ein kabel um den schaft gespannt und geerdet. jetzt sind die geräusche weg. nehme mal an, dass der schaft leicht defekt ist, aber stört ja nicht weiter.
